Wescom Group’s Values are critical to our success, therefore we have launched the Living Our Values Awards to recognise team members who inspire us by their example and deliver on our mission ‘To deliver the highest quality range of survival solutions to our customers, providing users with absolute confidence when they need it most’.
During the UK summer BBQ on July 7th, Ross Wilkinson , CEO of Wescom Group, presented a commemorative trophy to 7 of our UK based colleagues who were nominated by their peers or leaders, for demonstrating excellence in embodying Wescom Group’s Values, Mission and Vision every day, as well as making a significant impact on advancing the Company’s strategic priorities.
2022 Living Our Values UK Award Winners
Maria Trimmer – Collaboration – Consistently working across all parts of the business and ensuring the customer is prioritised.
Frances Hunt – Integrity – Excellent management of the marketing department and maintaining the group standards and messaging.
Peter Onyszkow – Collaboration – For the excellent work on the new ERP system, working across multiple teams to ensure the project success.
Michael Mason – Safety & Quality – For the management of the new VLG line.
Lindy Baguley – Collaboration – Excellent teamwork within the Derby Finance department.
Dave Kirk – Innovation – For the design and set of the new VLG line within Derby, allowing the business to meet the requirements of a key business order.
Dave Armitage – Innovation – For the design and set of the new VLG line within Derby, allowing the business to meet the requirements of a key business order.
