New starter Ally Ogg

Please welcome WesCom Signal & Rescue’s newest member of staff, Allyson Ogg, who is a real high flier – having worked as a senior cabin crew member for former regional UK airline, Flybe!
Ally, who has a strong background in customer service, administration, sales and retail, heard about the WesCom vacancy through a former colleague.
She is currently working from home and is getting to grips with the systems, the sector and her new role as UK Sales and Marketing Administrator.
Ally says, “I’m not a sailor, so the world of marine pyrotechnics is new to me, but I’m looking forward to learning about the products, as safety is paramount in all activities. I did purchase a paddleboard last year and was hoping to gain more experience in that this summer (COVID-19 permitting!) so as soon as we are ok to get on the water I’ll be looking at purchasing a Personal Distress Signal.”
As an active, outdoors enthusiast, Ally shares a horse that she likes to ride a much as she can and also enjoys walking and geocaching.
“As I mentioned, If possible, I would really like to develop my paddle boarding skills this summer – as well as spending time with friends and Godchildren.”
