BCB International’s Prime Contracting capability is demonstrated through its ability to source, coordinate and deliver complex requirements at scale, often within demanding operational environments and challenging timescales.

Operation INTERFLEX and Urgent Operational Support

BCB International has delivered a series of significant operational supply programmes, demonstrating its ability to manage diverse, high volume requirements within urgent and demanding timescales.

For Operation INTERFLEX, BCB supplied more than 60,000 key items across approximately eight principal and intermediary delivery tranches. The programme covered more than 55 different product lines, including load carriage, protective, survival, personal and training equipment, such as 80 litre deployment bags and Personal Mine Extraction Kits.

The requirements were delivered through a competitive tender process and supported by a dedicated team coordinating procurement, supplier management, quality assurance and delivery. The programme demonstrated BCB’s ability to bring together a broad range of products and suppliers while responding promptly to urgent operational requirements.

Alongside Operation INTERFLEX, BCB managed further operational infrastructure requirements between late 2024 and March 2025. These included multiple tranches of tentage, the refurbishment of approximately 180 canvas units, 600 frame tents, 200 pressurised tents with camp beds and footlockers, and 120 large portable power systems.

Together, these programmes demonstrate BCB’s Prime Contracting capability across personal equipment, operational infrastructure and portable power. By coordinating products, specialist suppliers, refurbishment activity, quality control and phased delivery, BCB provided complete capability solutions rather than individual product supply.

Türkiye–Syria Earthquake Response

Following the devastating 2023 Türkiye–Syria earthquake, BCB International was contracted to produce essential search and rescue kits for delivery to Syria.

The requirement involved sourcing, packing and preparing each kit with 16 separate component parts, including essential personal protective equipment. BCB completed the full requirement within the contracted two-week turnaround.

In total, three shipping containers of equipment were prepared, equivalent to more than 50 pallets of stock. Although the International Committee of the Red Cross collected the shipment approximately one month after the contract was completed, BCB had all goods prepared and ready by the agreed completion date.

The equipment was subsequently transported by sea to support the humanitarian response in Syria.

The project demonstrated BCB’s ability to rapidly activate its supply chain, source multiple components and coordinate the assembly, quality control and preparation of complex equipment kits under significant time pressure.

Together, these examples demonstrate BCB International’s ability to act as a trusted Prime Contractor, bringing together products, suppliers, logistics and specialist expertise to deliver complete capability requirements in demanding operational and humanitarian environments.
